 CTBC uses the following grading scale:

Grade   Percentage      Quality

    A          90–100%       Excellent

    B          80–89%          Good

    C          70–79%         Satisfactory 

    D          60–69%          Poor

    F        Below 60%      Failing

Grades are based on assignments, quizzes, examinations, projects, class participation, research, and other instructional activities as determined by each instructor.

A passing grade is required to receive credit for a course. Certain programs may require higher minimum grades for progression or graduation.
