Students must successfully complete all required coursework, assignments, examinations, projects, and any applicable ministry or practicum requirements before receiving credit for a course.

Incomplete grades may be granted only under exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the instructor according to college guidelines.

Failure to complete required coursework within the approved timeframe may result in the incomplete grade converting to a failing grade.
