1. Enrollment at Christ Temple Bible College is open each academic year beginning with the official registration period and continues through the end of the first week of classes in October.
2. Enrollment is considered complete once all admission requirements have been satisfied, all required documentation has been received, and tuition or approved payment arrangements have been finalized.
3. Students who need to discontinue their studies should notify the Registrar's Office in writing as soon as possible. Official withdrawal helps ensure that the student's academic and financial records remain accurate.
4. Failure to attend classes or ceasing participation without formally withdrawing does not constitute an official withdrawal. Students who stop attending without notification may be administratively withdrawn from the college and remain responsible for any outstanding financial obligations incurred prior to withdrawal.
5. Students who withdraw in good standing may apply for re-enrollment at a later date. Readmission is subject to the approval of the college and may require the student to meet the admission requirements, curriculum, tuition, and academic policies in effect at the time of re-enrollment.
6. Christ Temple Bible College reserves the right to deny or delay re-enrollment for students who withdrew while not in good academic, financial, or disciplinary standing until all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
7. Students who enroll after classes have begun are responsible for obtaining all missed course materials, completing all missed assignments, and meeting any deadlines established by their instructors. Late enrollment does not exempt students from fulfilling all course requirements or affect the instructor's grading standards.
